First let us take a closer look at what the very meaning is in it self. Pur - Pose: To set forth an intetion, an aim, a goal. A lot of times people think of purpose as something that is already set as a destined thing to do. Although when you get to your aim there is an aspect of truth in the destined destination. But what I would like to suggest here is that it has to be created by yourself. Thus you are in charge of your destination by setting forth an intention; to turn your attention towards that which you are willing to create - a design around your desire in life. Whatever that may be for you is your purpose. To be able to define and understand what that exactly is for you takes a sense of consideration of what your emotions are communicating to you, a feedback mechanism based on your life experiences if you will. These are unique and provide the platform from which your intentions spring forth, thus when expressed in an authentic way forming the only one of its kind. This is what we mean when we tend to say: follow your heart - therein lies your purpose. It is up to you and created by you, and at the same time it’s your destiny. Because as soon your intention is set firmly an inexorable force that shapes and controls lives and events makes your destiny come true. I would say that my purpose in life is to find clarity and joy as much as possible in every single moment. And to create a platform on which I inspire others to find the same.

Well, it does! 100% of the time. It tells you everything you need to know in every single moment. So how do you listen and hear the message? Or rather feel. It’s as simple as turning one's attention to the heart, literally "to stretch out” as the word “in-tention” in essence means. Try it! I’d like you to take a pen and paper or any digital notebook. Sit comfortably, turn all of your attention towards your heart space and breath naturally in a rhythmic flow. Whenever you get distracted guide your attention gently back to your breath and follow it all the way to the end space. Now. Listen. Feel. What does it tell you? Write down the first things that come to heart. It might be a bit foggy in the beginning as you are getting accustomed to feeling and listening for the language of your heart. But take a little time to get clarity. And don’t wave away the things that come to heart. How exciting or confronting they may be, remember that your heart has the best at heart for you. Now let’s take a deeper dive into how your intentions can change your world and reality. Whenever you have a clear idea of why you do or want something you line up with the emotion and energy that it consists of. For example, I know that I like to meditate because it provides a pleasurable feeling of relaxation and Joy in my heart and it lifts my spirit and energy which creates clarity of thought and emotions during the day. When I meditate I thus line up with that energy and emotion. My intention creates the experience I have during my meditation. And being in his state enables creativity of thought and visions to freely flow which is a great outcome for all of my endeavours and ideas that I want to bring into reality. I then get to pick what excites me the most by allowing those specific visions in my mind and taking the inspired actions in reality to ensure I’m on the path that is guiding me there. I allow my heart to inspire my mind and together work out a plan that comes from a connected and authentic space. Try it! You’ll be amazed on how rapidly you will hear and witness the revelations of you heart.
